Magic Mountain 2013
We got back home from our trip to Disneyland on April 17, 2013 at 1:00am. We slept for 3 hours, got up and left for Magic Mountain, in the car, at 4:45am. As we hopped on the road, we began the adventure with Indya, my dad, my uncle and myself.
This was a quick, but very fun trip. We spend Thursday driving down to California and got just outside of Sacramento and had a tire blowout. We stayed the night and were able to purchase 4 new tires the next morning. We finished up our drive south on Friday and spend the latter part of the day in Santa Monica at the pier walking around and playing games in the arcade. We completed the evening with dinner at Johnny Rocket's and a drive to Valencia where we stayed for the night.
Saturday was a good day. We got to Magic Mountain and proceeded to ride roller coasters for 8 hours. Goliath, definitely my favorite ride, was a must and that was followed by Green Lantern. For those interested, Green Lantern is an absolutely terrible ride and will leave any given individual hating life (at least from my perspective - I would not recommend this ride to ANYONE).
After a good, long day at the park, we jumped in the car and headed back home. During the middle of the night we took a side trip and passed through San Francisco just to see the lights and the Golden Gate Bridge at night.
Overall, it was a fantastic trip. We drove a lot, bought 4 new tires, spent some awesome time with my dad and uncle and had ONE GREAT ADVENTURE.
